劇情簡介：

　在艾薇塔 "Evita "的積極推廣下，阿根廷探戈達到前所未有的黃金時期 。
　九世紀時歐洲戰亂，許多歐洲人移民到南美洲的阿根廷。他們為生活奮鬥，寄居在首都布宜諾斯艾利斯的髒亂貧民區中。他們利用音樂和舞蹈表達他們的絕望、悲傷、鄉愁、希望與抱負。於是具有憂鬱特質的米隆加Milonga舞誕生了，也就是 "阿根廷探戈" .

　阿根廷探戈獨特的跳法，貼臉、靠肩、摟抱、四腿交纏，給人挑逗、誘惑、熱情、狂放的感覺，在高傲的法國和英國曾被當時的政府視為淫蕩、勾引、色情而禁止人民跳探戈，到1920年才逐漸開放。1946年，阿根廷強人裴隆將軍夫人艾薇塔 "Evita "[阿根廷別為我哭泣]的積極推廣下，阿根廷探戈達到前所未有的黃金時期。今天，阿根廷探戈備受尊寵，全球的探戈愛好者將阿根廷視為探戈的聖地，許多人一生的夢想，就是要到阿根廷去學習並一睹阿根廷探戈的精髓 。

The return to popularity of the Argentine Tango also represents a return to
the roots of the dance,since it began in Argentine at the end of the nineteenth
century.Several different types of music had an influence on it,but the main
influence was Milonga which drew its inspiration from African rhythms. This
is why it is called theTango"Milonguero" More and theey prefer it to the
rather more staid dance enjoyed by our grandparents,generation.
This programme has been devised by the quelified dance theacher. Marie
Claude Martin who specialises in Argentine and Milonga tangos.It enables
both gentlemant and lady to master the basic steps of the tango steps.As
well as the most popular variations of the this dance.
Each new step or variation is described in great detail, in terms of both the movement and the rhythm.The different steps are all shown initially    in slowmotion. This is followed by the same sequence without music,and the couple finally demonstrate the sequence in time to music.As the steps are carried out the camera particulary high lights the steps of the gentleman andthose of his partner.
